Terrible reception staff. Extremely rude and attempted to hang up three times without actually answering the question. Doesn't know that Ottawa and Barrie are in the same province. Lazy Dr, five hours and counting to fax a prescription refill. According to the witch on the phone "she might get to it at the end of the day." The fact that this miserable excuse for a doctor's office still qualifies to recieve ohip funding disgusts me.
Dr Tomizza took my dad’s health concerns seriously and got him in for a same-day appointment. He recognized there was something that needed to be urgently investigated with his heart rhythm and sent him to the ED where he was diagnosed with third degree heart block!! He was admitted and now has a pacemaker. Thank you Dr Tomizza - your prompt care may have saved my dad’s life!
Great doctors. Not so great receptionists they aren’t very receptive. Looking at the reviews I’m not the only one who thinks so.
I had an appointment scheduled, to which they scheduled the wrong date. Unprofessional. Uncooperative.
