My experience with FYI doctors at both Vaughan and Innisfil locations were phenomenal. I felt so comfortable and safe to be open with what I needed. Doctors and front desk were extremely knowledgeable and helpful for picking out my glasses and seeing what fit best for my face type. Susan and Leah were extremely kind and thoughtful when I went to go pick up my glasses. Thank you to all the beautiful ladies to helped me see so clearly! -Triina

Way overpriced, I'll be going elsewhere
My experience here was simply Excellent. The Online appointment process was simple, the staff are knowledgeable, kind, detailed, and compassionate. The Doctor took the time to be very thorough and not rush through his examination. The glasses selection process with Susan was excellent as she was more concerned about what best suited my needs, style, and placement. Service was good, going in but wow. After payment, service extremely poor. I have been waiting over a month for glasses.
