You might aswell go to red deer they at least communicate an estimated wait time instead of shrugging behind a counter and walking away. Last time I was here they had three blankets and didn’t give one to an older lady who was in pain suffering, they gave her a towel. There were 4 people in the waiting room, they could’ve given the poor girl a blanket. Perhaps a little compassion towards people going through difficult situations like sickness would be helpful. Absolutely incredible staff. Been here more than once in emerge for an emergency injury, they have always been amazing. Tonights visit exceeded expectations. They were compassionate, helped in anyway they could and were exceptionally quick while helping others. Super efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and made it the best hospital trip for an injury I’ve dealt with. Many Thank yous. And they listened !!

I visited the emergency yesterday because of a post op infection. The Doctor and 2 Nurses I had were amazing… especially the 2 Nurses. They showed me so much sympathy and really took care of me. Thank you so much for making a hard day, slightly better.

Called to ask how busy ER was and the receptionist told me they dont tell people wait times and literally hung up... thanks ER🤘
