This a joke not an ER. 4 hours so far and nothing. There is blood in her vomit and nothing, not even an IV line that they said she needs. They are writing notes every time I get a vomit bag. As a healthcare worker myself, I understand notes are important but this is careless. Privatize the health sector so I can pay thousands of dollars and walk out in an hour rather than this BS.

This is the first time I have been let down by Innisfail emergency room. I called 811 with my issue and was told to go to hospital immediately. I thought I had really bad food poisoning. Arrived at hosp, got spoken to like an automated machine by the first gal. Registration was fine with different lady. The intake nurse was efficient and cold. After intake I was put in a little steel room and had my vitals etc taken, which included a cannabis question. I answered honestly and when doc came in he was like a tattletale "she sm... read more
