I can honestly not believe how I was treated at the emergency department at this hospital. I don’t normally write reviews but this was note worthy. I injured my back snowboarding ( herniated disc it turns out.) and was advised at the first aid to get checked by a dr. So after an excruciating drive we pulled up to emerg. I was met at the door with a wheel chair not by any staff but a concerned family member of another patient that could see the pain I was in. She and my GF helped me check in. I had such a great experience at the Innisfail hospital today . Staff were very kind . The lady who took my blood was so gentle I barely felt it . The doctor was honest and helpful . Great bed side manner.
I had surgery yesterday at the innisfail hospital. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Starting with the receptionist at day surgery to the nurses in pre - op to the surgeon and anesthetist and or staff . The post -op staff were incredible for preparing me for after care and taking wonderful care of me . I am so grateful for such incredible care and would definitely recommend this facility and the wonderful staff.
