Every time I’ve ever needed to visit has been a gong show and multiple hour waits to get any help, same for my family same for my friends, this is a bandaid doctor and they struggle to do much more.

There is not person in charge of the shifts to speak with, I was on hold on the phone on the night of Sep 30 for several minutes waiting and personal was very rude didn’t want to provided names playing games picking up and hanging up again. Luigi the Admin, There staff needs to be paid more. They need higher quality staff with less of a brain drain and more pay.
The wound care nurses from home care nurses deserve more than 5 stars!!!! They deserve a billion stars! For the first time I fell heard and cared for since my surgery! They really spent the time with me! I couldn’t be more happy to have them in my corner! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
