I usually don’t complain, as I understand how tough healthcare can be, but my experience here was disappointing. A front desk staff member was quite rude, and the doctor dismissed my concerns. I later spoke to another doctor elsewhere who took me seriously. I won’t be returning or recommending this clinic.

Sick to death of being sick and then you call this doctors clinic and you have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. This is not good enough people need to be seen straight away when they are sick not wait 3 bloody weeks!!! Absolutely disgusting wait just to see your regular doctor. You people obviously do not care about anyone's mental health because you do not help them by making them wait 3 weeks. I have nothing but praise for the staff and doctors here, they have looked after my family and I since we moved to the area, anyone who says negative things about this place should try rural NSW.
