Dr Prasad is extremely lovely and helpful.
I usually don’t complain, as I understand how tough healthcare can be, but my experience here was disappointing. A front desk staff member was quite rude, and the doctor dismissed my concerns. I later spoke to another doctor elsewhere who took me seriously. I won’t be returning or recommending this clinic.

Sick to death of being sick and then you call this doctors clinic and you have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. This is not good enough people need to be seen straight away when they are sick not wait 3 bloody weeks!!! Absolutely disgusting wait just to see your regular doctor. You people obviously do not care about anyone's mental health because you do not help them by making them wait 3 weeks. Just a big bunch of trainee doctors in there who don't know a thing in my opinion. Nothing has changed with the problems I hav... read more
