Dr.Rit was fantastic! I had to get a root canal done and Dr. Rit and Elma were fantastic! Dr. Rit made sure I was not in any pain during the whole procedure! Sandy was fantastic to deal with as well! She was able to answer all my questions! I will continue to get all my dental work done at Innisfail Dental Center!
If I could rate more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat. Unlike “Jack” who posted a review, my son is a patient at this dental office. I want to start by saying that my son is 15 and has high functioning autism, oppositional defiance order, social anxiety. ADHD, and is borderline agoraphobic. The reason that I am explaining what he has been diagnosed with is because we have taken him to four different dentists. One dentist was even a pediatric dentist. Just wanted to thank the great staff of the Innisfail Dental Centre. I'm visiting from Ottawa here for a Junior golf tournament and unfortunately chipped my tooth. I walked into the clinic and was greeted by a wonderful front office staff of Sandy and Brooke. I filled out all the paperwork gave them my Insurance number and everything was smooth sailing. My mother Colleen would like to thank Dr Rit for his great dental care and explaining her treatment so well. The team are all kind, polite and very helpful and knowledgeable.
Amazing service! They were very honest with me about what needed to get done and on top of that had polishing and fluoride done complementary. Overall amazing team, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
