They do not even deserve one star I’ve been in once and since then ever appointment I have had booked the counsellor has not been in. Like what is the point of scheduling when you’re not there. Do not go here is all I have to say.
I was really nervous to bring my child here. From the moment I walked in the doors, the front desk admin took away all my trepidation. Warm, friendly, welcoming and SO personable with us both it made my wait and child’s visit go so smoothly. Top notch!
The lady at the front desk was great! Friendly and super helpful made me feel welcome , Thank you :)
Showed up for my appt that was rescheduled once already. Showed up and it was locked. Called 7 times. No response and then left a message and left. This is a joke and completely unreliable
