RecommendedThese dudes are just great. Chill as can be, they don’t push massive sales onto me, but still have me sold on their newer products whenever the time is right due to their knowledge and courtesy. Every time I walk in, they greet me by name and already have what I need pulled off the shelves...that’s A+ customer service right there. The place was recently renovated too, so it looks better than ever. This is my go-to place for as long as I live in winter park. 10/10!
Before today I would have probably given them a 5 star rating but I bought an aspire speeder (actually 2 of them) and it's within the 30 warranty. When I push to inhale it doesn't always work. There is a tiny chip of paint off the bottom of the unit and they refused to warranty it. The employee (soon to be manager) said "I can tell it hasn't been dropped or damaged" but still wouldn't honor their 30 day warranty. I've spent over $350 in there in less than a month but I won't spend another dime and I will let others know abou... read more

Def my favorite shop around town hands down the customer service the employees and I always meet the coolest people there

Awesome vape shope. I've been to a few shops. Most vape shops I've been in don't care about their customers for one reason or another. The staff here is always helpful and honest. I've had issues with stuff I bought. Probably my fault even... they still were still willing to help. Great juices too. I would recommend Innevape all day every day.
