Was well looked after. Car was ready on time. Had a small query which was looked at on the spot. Only disappointment was I never received a car wash token.

Sevice was good but disappointment that Scrooge has appeared in that car wash tokens are now no longer given. When we started using Innes over 5 years ago, the were told the tokens were to compensate for Innes not having car wasj=hing facilities. (Our previous service provided in Tweed Heads did have facilities ad always did a thorough inside & outside clean with services.). But I'm glad to see that no water bottles were given. We always refused them anyway as there's already too much plastic in the world
