Delighted with my new Subaru and the excellent customer service offered by the team (Luke and Michael) From straightforward trade-in to sourcing the model and colour I requested, to setting up and handing over the vehicle the process and communication were seamless.
We had a great experience buying our new car through Innes Motors. We dealt with a couple of team members, and every time they were really helpful. Communication was great throughout the process and they went above and beyond by lending us a car until ours arrived, so we really appreciated that.
Incredibly easy transaction with Luke who was super helpful and friendly.
While I didn't end up buying from Innes motors, Cam, Luke and Michael were great and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a Honda or Subaru to inner motors.
Just picked up a Subaru Crosstrek. Fantastic Car. Features and value for money are brilliant. Michael is so easy to deal with, and no alteration or addition was a problem. Very easy process. I highly recommend this dealer.
