We've enjoyed servicing at Innes Motors for years, but this time we missed the little extras: no free car wash token or water bottle and no tidy of the front. And it was annoying to be rung to say the service was completed at midday, when our driver couldn't collect us until after his lunch hour anyway.
Had an absolute nightmare experience when I had a gearbox installed last year.. not fitted properly, and a loose screw damaged the casing and had a bad transmission fluid leak, I took it in before Christmas where they looked at it and agreed it had a leak and I should bring it back 15th January to look at it fully, the service guy told me to bring it back once a week to top up the transmission fluid, I got a second opinion at LDV Kilmore who showed me the damage that the loose screw had caused, I asked Kilmore LDV to install... read more
