Jeff and Lynn are both masters of their professions and wonderful people. I have seen Jeff for years - initially intensively, now occasionally - for structural integration. I have been coming to Innerwave Bodywork for over three years now. That probably tells you all you need to know about how good it is. I started with the Structural Integration sessions with Jeff Hocker, and it worked so well, I decided to keep coming in every two or three weeks. If you are like me and have old injuries or problems/issues in your spine, this is what you need. I promise you, it is worth every dime!
