Got my first ever piercing which Was a eyebrow piercing they explained everything perfectly what can go right and what can go wrong and told me how to take good care of it they are also extremely friendly.
A few weeks ago I went for two piercings at Innersteel (a forward helix and a lower helix). I never experienced piercing before (just the earlobe gun) but Kasey gave me all the information needed and made me feel comfortable during the process. I came in a few day ago to get my septum pierced. As it sometimes happens, it ended up being crooked. Kasey was an absolute angel about it and said I could do it again and come back anytime. After a day I realised I couldn't keep it so we took it off. I came back in today to get it pierced again, and it's looking really good! Thank you so much Kasey for your kindness and work. Had a fantastic experience in store today with Kelsey and Pam. Pam curated my piercings and jewellery for me and it was a lovely personalised experience. I had full faith in Kelsey with the piercing, she’s clearly extremely well trained and really knows her craft. It was also an extremely hygienic yet welcoming environment, all jewellery was freshly sterilised once selected. I would recommend them to anyone!
