Ioana is very attentive in listening to your concerns and assessing your body’s conditions, and she is comforting and gentile in application of the techniques targeted to address them. In my case, that was cardio vascular, back, and dealing with general anxiety.There is a wonderful feeling of relief and calm after a session, in addition to getting the targeted benefits. This was my first experience of acupuncture. I went in with an open mind and Ioana explained everything and made me so comfortable. She asked if I had specific issues to address and really wanted to know about me. The whole experience is very relaxing and I would recommend to anyone that has particular issues that need some attention, whether back, neck anything! I would highly recommend Ioana for acupuncture. She really took time to listen to what was going on with me and discussed what she was going to do during the session. I had been having issues with hand pain and inflammation and she used a combination of needles and light therapy to treat it. I felt like it really made a difference and both hands felt better afterwards. The space is very relaxing, the heated biomat is amazing, and overall the experience was excellent. I will definitely be back for more!
