Loved the aerial yoga, it’s fun and easier than it looks!
Excellent yoga studio. I have been to several classes and the instructors are awesome. Jen the owner goes above and beyond, class act.
I've always loved this studio. The instructors are all very calm, kind and knowledgable and I always leave feeling accomplished and peaceful! I especially loved when they had the pregnancy yoga sessions!
My wife loves this studio and the instructors. She has spine issues and each instructor has worked with her on appropriate or safe moves and positions. I have bought a dozen massages for my wife and that is her favorite gift. Classes and other offerings are top notch.
