I've had a lot of bodywork done...from various modes of massage to myofascial to chiropractic work... I am pretty aware of my body and where most of my physical and emotional stresses are stored in my body. I'm intentional in working with body workers to maximize my release and healing. As a runner, I've seen well over 30 LMTs, acupuncturists, and chiropractors. Clara is the best I've experienced as an empath, and as a skilled & professional healer/LMT. I put a fair amount of stress and damage on my body, and over the course of three visits I always feel revitalized, calm, and fluid. I cannot thank her enough for her time and care.
