I was referred to Shirley and the Innergetics process from my good friend who had great success with the process (40+ lbs lost). I have never bought into the diet culture (restricting foods, counting anything, etc) so Shirley's process is a great fit. Innergetics has given me the tools to change my life. Shirley’s process has given me a 35 lb weight loss, better health (28% decrease in cholesterol), improved relationships, less stress in my life and more energy. Innergtics is the missing piece. It's the answer for that "thing" you've been carrying around within you, that you so want to understand, but we don't get there, if we run away from what resistance appears and give up on recording.
