I had a wonderful and deeply healing experience with Machelle at InnerConnections PDX. Her work significantly relieved my postpartum back and hip pain and helped accelerate my recovery. I just received a postnatal massage and it was lovely! Machelle took the time to realign my body before the massage, the massage was very intuitive, and Machelle was very easy to talk to. Update: I have received many massages from Machelle and they are all wonderful. I recently did a Mayan Abdominal Massage to help with conceiving after trying for 5 months with no luck. Well, just found out I’m pregnant! This massage helps with blood flow and realignment and worked wonderfully for me! Highly recommend!

Wonderful! Machelle is amazing to work with. She brings so much knowledge, training, and experience to her unique therpeutic combination of pelvic floor work integrated with pilates. She really takes time to listen in a way that you know you are being heard. Her space feels safe, private, and calming.
