Wonderful! Machelle is amazing to work with. She brings so much knowledge, training, and experience to her unique therpeutic combination of pelvic floor work integrated with pilates. She really takes time to listen in a way that you know you are being heard. Her space feels safe, private, and calming. I’m so behind on writing this review and it’s way overdue! I started seeing Machelle during my pregnancy last year for pelvic floor pain and back pain. After just the first visit, I knew I made the right decision! Her extensive knowledge on women’s health, specifically pelvic floor, is unmatched.
