Machelle is an amazing massage therapist! Her knowledge of anatomy and muscle structure is top notch. She combines this with an intuitive knowledge of how to make people feel better. She knows how to address chronic tension in a very targeted, effective way. I felt amazing when I left --I was super relaxed and felt like I could move better. I will definitely be back.
I left my first session with Machelle feeling enlightened, educated and amazed at how she makes myofascial release relatively painless. I have spots on my body that have always made me nervous for massage because I’ve only ever associated pain. She was able to show me that it doesn’t have to be torture with proper technique. It was a pleasure meeting her and sharing our experiences, I’ll definitely go back.
Machelle is the incredibly knowledge, approachable, and very skilled. In just one session, I saw a dramatic decrease in pain and increase in mobility.
