I had a great experience with Nick from Inner City Windscreen. He repaired the windscreen and side pocket window on our Toyota 86, and the quality of his work was excellent. The pocket window was especially difficult to find because it’s an older car, but Nick went above and beyond to help source the correct parts and get the job done perfectly. Travelling from SA to NSW when we needed a windscreen replacement. Insurer could only arrange a replacement at any of their preferred partner locations between Mt Gambier and home for 2 weeks time... What a terrible service. So after ringing Inner City they were able to locate and replace the screen within 3 days. Now that's customer service.
