Travelling from SA to NSW when we needed a windscreen replacement. Insurer could only arrange a replacement at any of their preferred partner locations between Mt Gambier and home for 2 weeks time... What a terrible service. So after ringing Inner City they were able to locate and replace the screen within 3 days. Now that's customer service.
