Wonderful experience. Helpful, friendly, staff. Receptionist Nora, is super nice and kind. The provider was Dale Ello NP. Provided a thorough exam and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Quiet, clean, clinic with great staff. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Chavez is great and so is the staff at this location. 5 stars for service and satisfaction with care.
I arrived at 8am. The front desk lady was wonderful and happy. I filled out the paper work needed. Then sat there for 20-25 mins. They took me into a room where I sat until 9. Then somebody came in after waiting all that time to tell me they need to Swab my nose. They did, waited another 25 mins. The doctor came in, said we will send 3 medications to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and they only had 2 scripts. I guess it doesn’t pay to be the first person there. Hopefully next time is better. Super clean facility though
