The best gym ever! I always wanted to try Crossfit but thought I would not be fit enough, but at Innerbloom Crossfit is for everyone! The classes are a good size so you always have the coaches help if you need it. There are progressions for everyone even if you have never set foot in the gym before there will be an option for you. My daughter has really enjoyed the teens classes since starting Crossfit in 2024. The coaches are knowledgeable and the whole gym is full of friendly faces and people who encourage you. I myself have started doing the barbell club class and have found it very enjoyable and I'm learning lots of new skills 😀
Innerbloom is the best! I joined back in August 2023 after watching my children enjoy the kids program. The gym such a fun and supportive environment with fantastic coaches. Everyone belongs here, no matter who they are or where they’re from…. it’s like a big gym family! The Inner Bloom community is second to none and we love being a part of it ❤️
