I absolutely cannot recommend Innerbloom enough!! The coaches are knowledgeable, approachable and invested in seeing you reach your goals, refine your skills and have fun at the same time. The Innerbloom community itself have been so welcoming and friendly from the very first day I walked through those doors and began my crossfit journey. Well done legends on an awesome gym!!
Our teen son loves being part of the Innerbloom community. The coaches are incredibly supportive, always pushing him to challenge himself that little bit more. He is absolutely thriving, now doing a mix of teen and adult classes, and has just participated in his first teen competition which he wouldn't have even thought of doing without Will and Courtney's encouragement. We 100% recommend.
The best gym ever! I always wanted to try Crossfit but thought I would not be fit enough, but at Innerbloom Crossfit is for everyone! The classes are a good size so you always have the coaches help if you need it. There are progressions for everyone even if you have never set foot in the gym before there will be an option for you.
