I went through the weight losss program with Clark. I was new to hypnotherapy and he made me very comfortable and I found him to be very trustworthy and supportive. The program was very successful for me not only addressing diet/exercise but really exposing a lot of underlying issues that caused me to not be successful in the past. Over a few months I lost over 20 pounds and my outlook on diet and exercise has drastically changed. Clark is a gentle, open minded person. I believe this attitude allows for people that wouldn't normally "open up" or show vulnerability, like myself. To shed those thoughts and to be receptive. After only one deeply relaxing session, I felt a significant difference in my attitude towards life. I can't thank Clark enough for sharing his gift with others and I look forward to future sessions.
