Took my ford territory here, they replaced tail shalf after that there was a vibration happening took it back they then said it was a tire balance so I paid for that vibration still happening so I had no choice but to take it to another mechanic, which Identified that the tail shalf was installed wrong and was lined up incorrectly which has cause the bearing of the "New" tail shalf to be worn out, meaning I had to pay for a new one again. Had an issue with my reversing camera and breaklights this morning. Called inner west service centre. They were able to fix it straight away. Took the car in, they fixed it while i waited and I was on my way back to work within half an hour. Great service

Took my car here 3 times to fix a problem they said it was fixed, everytime they told me they "chamged" something charging 75-150 each time. I hear something rubbing on my back tire so I popped under to have a look and there was a brace hanging freely swinging around, was a easy fix myself only a bolt that was missed but if I was to get on a high way and that rod got caught in my tire that was of caused a major accident.
I always get a 5-star service for my vehicles at this service centre and what impresses me most is how quick the service is done. The car gets serviced completely in a few hours. Not to mention the good prices I always get. Never been ripped off here. Thank you!
