I was nervous as the reviews are either 1 or 5 stars. The current gap cost is $100 (175 upfront). But the ‘Infusion clinic’ in Randwick had a gap of $200 so I went here for an iron infusion. They advised me it would take 2 hours. The first 50 minutes was spent in the waiting room. I saw Dr Choudhary, he explained what will happen and possible risks. Him and the nurse had no mask. The front desk staff were great. The nurse was great. The doctor was great.
I have been trying for several days to get an appointment however no-one answers the phone, there is no answering service (the phone rings out) and my email to them requesting an appointment remains unanswered. If they have paused operations during lockdown, it would be helpful if they could make that known to the public.
I love Dr Choudhary. He does my iron infusions and has the best beside manner and is super gentle with the needle (thank you!). Only clinic I'll go to get my infusions done.
They charge 20$more and said because you are late,will charge more than usal charges. My wife was asking for pillow during iorn infusion to support her back as she had severe back pain at that day and they said sorry we don't have pillow. very disappointed
