Today I had an endoscopy, colonoscopy and intravenous iron treatment. This was my third time here over a period of several years. I can’t recommend Dr Dascolopalis, the Anaesthetist Dr Saxon, the nursing staff , and the receptionists too highly. The procedures were preceded by a consultation with Dr D, who thoroughly examined my medical history and explained both the procedures and preparations for them. He takes time to listen as well. Dr George took the time to look at my ultrasound & blood panels which said I had Chronic Liver Disease. He then ordered specific blood testing & an CT scan with contrast, followed up by an MRI. He took the time to find out about my family history & was very thorough & kind. Due to Dr George's due diligence it was found that I do not have Chronic Liver Disease. I recently had both a colonoscopy and endoscopy here and couldn’t have been happier with the care and service I received. I’d particularly like to acknowledge Ourania at reception, who was exceptional in the lead-up to my procedures. She was incredibly helpful, professional and reassuring, and made the whole process so much easier. On the day, Rio and Melanie were wonderful. Receptionist Ourania is SO RUDE! She speaks rudely to all the patients and I have heard her saying what a terrible boss the Dr is! They used to have a lovely lady who worked there called Mandy but she has now left the practice. They are always changing staff so makes me wonder how bad it is to work there! Do not recommend.
Unbelievable, had a fairly good experience with the procedure, nurses lovely 5 stars to them. Was told after the operation everything was fine but still had to book a follow up appointment 2 weeks later at a cost of $100. Went to the appointment and waited over 2 hours to see the doctor, spoke to some people in the waiting room, found out patients were booked at the same time.
