Carlos, who owns the business, is knowledgeable and very friendly. He organised for Harvey to come to our house to do a few jobs, and my wife and I found him very approachable, professional, and patient in answering our questions. With our long-term electrician moving towards retirement, we believe that Carlos and his team will be a perfect replacement. Thank you, Carlos and Harvey.

Wow, all 5 star reviews, eh! I guess they do a good job, if you can get hold of them. But I'll never know. Two weeks ago, today, I called the landline number prominently displayed on their website. I spoke to an actual person and asked if they were interested in quoting on a switchboard upgrade. She said she'd pass the message on. A day later, in the absence of a reply, I called again.
