If your health and wellbeing is important to you, please read this. I had booked both a DEXA scan and VO2Max test with physio Anton. The DEXA measures your body fat - both under the skin and inside the body, plus muscle and bone density. The VO2Max essentially measures your fitness. Amazing, Couldn’t be better. I was given the EXOS brace to replace my cast for my wrist. Having a shower without putting a rubbish bag around it is a big plus
