Working with Elaine over the years on everything from inner child to dreams, provided me with the tools I needed to live out my own dreams and find contentment and fulfillment.
Elaine is a wonderful therapist. She has the ability to put you at ease as you proceed at your own pace. In such a pressure free environment your spirit and mind are elevated to a new level of understanding and self power. Whether you are silent or annimated the work gets done. I cannot recommend Elaine too highly.

Elaine Heroux is caring, gentle, and a very wise guide to understanding our selves. I see Elaine one on one for personal therapy and her group Dream interpretation. Both forms of therapy have made a big difference in my understanding of my anxieties and depression. First comes identifying the sources then healing can begin. Elaine is wonderful. She is insightful and encouraging. She gently helps you to find your own way. Her use of dream analysis in my therapy started me on a defined path to recovery. I have tried different therapist at different times for the past 30 years, but never with the results I’ve found with Elaine. Highly recommend!
