This was my first time trying hypnotherapy. Dan was great, he has a very calming, kind nature about him which made me feel instantly at ease and comfortable. He was able to explain the process to me and answer my questions. I have felt the benefits of the hypnotherapy sessions since and would highly recommend him to others.

I was a sceptic of hypnotherapy, only knowing what you see in shows. I gave it a try anyway and boy, was I wrong. I visited Daniel with the wish to eat slower and more mindful, with the ultimate goal of eating less and being healthier. I cannot say enough good things about Daniel - he is kind, calm and very professional. The sessions were great, very relaxing and most importantly my eating behavior clearly changed.
