I fell in love with this studio and Kimberly from the moment I walked through the door. Kimberly is hugely inspiring and radiates such a light, packed with so much wisdom. There is a welcoming warmth about the studio. Feels just like home, very nurturing. Very beautiful.
I absolutely LOVE this studio! Especially the Mon/Wed/Fri a.m. workouts! I haven't sweated like that since I took HOT Yoga classes back home in Canada. SO happy I found Inner Sunshine...it has made the transition from home to Alabama very enjoyable :)
The variety of classes is wonderful, all of the teachers are knowledgeable and approachable, and the space is beautiful.
I had terrific private class to get my own practice back on track. I came to our session limping and the next day I was able to entertain family and friends without a thought to my back! Kimberly has always been a great yoga teacher for those of us with injuries. I am always confident when I go to a yoga class with her that she will help modify poses to protect but also strengthen and help heal. Thanks Kimberly!!
I love the feeling of community at this studio where all are welcomed, encouraged and loved. It just does not get better than this.
