I have been learning from Dr. Ted Cibik for a long time. When I was in my teenage years and going through a challenging time, I attended meditation classes and learned skills I've since carried with me through my life. I'm now many years later participating in the qigong training program courses he offers. They are fantastic and foundationally change the opportunities you have when considering health and wellness approaches.
Ted is an amazing healer! He has an extensive knowledge of ancient and modern healing techniques and knows how to blend them to keep you healthy. He taught me how to heal from trauma. Your health is worth it!
