I'm so glad I was referred to Inner Strength! Everyone I've talked to and interacted with really care about our well-being. They are flexible with your schedule. The trainers have great knowledge about the body and keeping you safe from any pain or injury. I had a shoulder injury when I started, and they tailored my workout just for me. They also know how to push you in a productive and healthy way. AND they are so kind and fun. I have been going for about 9 months, and I definitely feel stronger and more capable.
Fantastic. I feel so much better after going to Inner Fitness. I was under the impression that the pain and physical limitations I was experiencing were the wages of aging. Now I’m able to do more with less pain. I now feel free to do whatever my heart desires. Thank you, Micah, for giving my life back.
Have been at Inner Fitness for almost 2 years with great results. Had to take a hiatus for shoulder surgery but my classes were put on hold with no penalty and now that I am hack at it they are very helpful with my recovery.
