I’ve been seeing Luci for an injury and have been so impressed with how knowledgeable, caring and supportive she has been throughout my recovery. She takes the time to really understand my needs and has made me feel confident and well looked after every step of the way. I’ve also really enjoyed the physio-led exercise sessions, which are tailored specifically to me and have made a real difference to my recovery. I couldn’t recommend Luci and the team at Inner Strength Bayside highly enough.

A beautiful environment with the best care. The reception staff that greet you are always lovely and helpful then the physiotherapists are so knowledgeable and caring. We saw Luci today and she’s 10/10!! So lucky to have such great allied health professionals to sort out our varied Physio needs!
