Have been seeing Shreya for an ankle injury and my experience has been amazing. She check ins post appointment and is very efficient. The whole clinic is also friendly. Appointment times are easy to make and includes flexibility.
Petra is helping me recover from a serious car accident. The one on one strength and flexibility work is really helping me. I look forward to soon taking some group classes.
I started seeing Louisa after giving birth to my daughter, for my postpartum care and return to exercise. I have had a wonderful experience with Louisa so far. She is attentive and thorough in her assessment and has been helping me reach my fitness goals post-pregnancy. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a physio post birth.
Petra is fantastic. She helped with my post-birth recovery (including getting back into exercise and pilates) and breastfeeding-related back pain. Not only is she very personable but I always feel better after seeing her and always feel like she listens to and addresses all my concerns. The clinic itself is also very clean and inviting. Kym at reception is always a friendly face! Couldn't recommend Petra and the team and Inner Strength more!
Great team, very thorough and caring. They even took care of my baby during my physio appointment. Really nice welcoming vibe, can only recommend
