Meghan is an excellent hypnotherapist with experience in hypnotic breath work. Her guidance was calming, intuitive, and incredibly supportive from beginning to end. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a renewed sense of clarity. I highly recommend her to anyone ready for deep healing and transformation.
Highly recommend! I have done different types of sessions with Meghan at Inner Spirit Healing (Reiki and Hypnotic Breathwork) and loved them both. I'm very excited for my next session. First, she is amazing and comforting, and her space is cozy and inviting. It's easy to book with her and her prices are great.
