Highly recommend! I have done different types of sessions with Meghan at Inner Spirit Healing (Reiki and Hypnotic Breathwork) and loved them both. I'm very excited for my next session. First, she is amazing and comforting, and her space is cozy and inviting. It's easy to book with her and her prices are great. Definitely give any of her services a try even if it means you need to step out of your comfort zone a bit. it is 100% worth it! I'll continue to work with her! Can't say enough good things!

Meghan did the most amazing hypnosis on me. I have had a bad addiction to some sweet treats for more years than I care to admit.
