I tried the Zero body dry float bed and got a 60 min ground and rebalanced massage with Shylah. First off, it is VERY reasonably priced. The zero body dry float bed was an experience out of this world, and now I want one for my bed . The massage was my first ever and HOLY COW!! Shylah is literally a miracle worker with magic hands. I love this space. I love wide array of services - literally something for everyone. I am a chronic breathing problem person and the salt room is 100% my jam.
I've been coming here for massages and chiropractic care since I moved to Iowa in 2020. I leave completely happy and relaxed every time. This past weekend I finally got to experience the other amenities. My partner booked us both a spa day on Saturday which included the salt lounge, ZeroBody dry float, red light therapy, and a free introductory session on their vibro-acoustic chair (I forget what it's called). I can’t say enough good things about InnerSpace! It’s affordable essential care with the best people and it’s right here in DSM. You have to experience it, to really get it- go now. The great hours and app make it so easy to book a pocket of time for yourself. Current favorites: BioMat, BioCharger, red light beds + vibration plate, and salt lounge.
