What the heck happened to this place? Used to love it and frequently spent above my membership. now I’m being over charged and cannot get a call back. Not open the last two Sundays. Can’t make appointments. So much for my favorite place to relax. Peace out innerspace.
This place used to be amazing, but the vibe is way off now since changing their business model. I was charged for my membership AND my services which should have been included under the membership. Multiple employees told me this would be remedied. I’ve called 15+ times, most of those go unanswered along with my voicemail & text messages. Employees have told me a manager will call me back, and that has never happened. I was told by an employee a check would be mailed to refund me for the $100+ overcharge, but I’ve yet to see... read more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Inner space in Des Moines today to try out their salt room, and it was exactly what I needed a beautiful escape from the outside world and all the noise that comes with it. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The space is calm, welcoming, and aesthetically peaceful. The salt room itself was not only visually stunning but also incredibly relaxing.
