Tara has helped me recover from more than one injury over the last few years. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and overall technique is phenomenal. There’s no way I could’ve got back on track as fast as I did without her.
Tara was very knowledgeable in what was wrong with my back and she was able to get every bit of pain out. I am a former athlete and it feels like she undid years of injury and discomfort in a couple of sessions. i will never go to anyone else for anything muscle related again.
