I highly recommend Monica’s Reiki. Since the first session she has helped me with my confidence and reduced my stress and also work in the areas that I’ve been struggling. Monica has been helping me to clean my chakras and unblock my sacral chakra. She also recommended me crystals and some meditation exercises that have been helpful. I can tell energy is moving since I started my Reiki journey with Monica.
I recently started taking my 9-year-old to Monica for Reiki, and it has noticeably helped my child. Monica creates a safe environment, and my child feels at ease during the sessions.
