Sam at Inner Rhythms Acupuncture has been treating me for a number of different ailments or injuries for quite a few years now. She is my absolute "Go To" healer, even before my GP (who I also love). After a recent netball injury on my calf (leaving me unable to walk) I visited Sam the very next day. With her immediate treatment I was able to limp on the leg within 48hrs of the original strain. After a follow up 3 days later I was back to being able to walk normally!! By the time I was able to get into a GP and go for an ultrasound Sam already had me back to 80% recovered.
