Been training with IPC 5 years. The best investment I’ve ever made.
Been having a great experience training with IPC. Shout out to Liam who has been really supportive, funny and very communicative. At first I thought I’m only gonna do it for 2 months, but here I am still doing it. He helped me achieved something that I never thought possible before. I can do some chinups now without any support. That may not sounds a lot for some of you guys, but that’s still something I can be proud of. Couldn’t have done it without him
I’ve been training with Ayden for the past 10 weeks, focusing on building strength and overall fitness. From the start, he’s made me feel comfortable and supported, which really helped me stay consistent and motivated. His approach is encouraging and effective. Thanks Ayden your amazing 👌🙌
