This place is simply awesome! My wife and I both take the Yoga classes here. Can't recommend it more highly. She's a runner and I train in Muay Thai. We both need flexibility for our other athletic pursuits and Kim's class fits the bill for us -- it is fun and demanding, and really helps with our other training. More recently, I started Personal Training with David. He is simply a wonderful trainer. He takes great interest in his client's goals and really works to help you meet them.
