Rachel is a great massage therapist! I have been seeing her every week for almost two years. She does a wonderful deep tissue massage which I need. She is attentive and finds different ways to help address my ongoing issues. I highly recommend her for a single visit if you are in the Lakes Region on vacation, or for a regular massage.

I saw Rachel for about 18 months, because I really need deep tissue and she able to do give that for maybe 50% of the time. First problem was that you don't get the entire 90 minutes of massage. I thought it was weird that I was in my car leaving at the time of the end of the massage. I asked and she said I was all set, as she counts the time you undress/dress before and after the massage. I have had a few messages in the past due to injuries and even one on a cruise in Alaska, and I must honestly say, Rachel by far did the best job yet. The atmosphere was relaxing, she was pleasant to talk with before, during and afterwards, and she she knows her craft well. She adapted my Therapudic message to focus on the areas that needed it the most. Rachel is an expert at finding those pesky knots! She does both relaxation and deep tissue while also getting right to the problem areas and uses the requested pressure. I am looking forward to my next massager ! Thank you Rachel :)

Rachel at Inner Peace is one of my favorite massage therapists. Light to deep tissue upon request, she will tailored my session to my needs by body part. She is very knowledgeable. I'm a repeat customer, looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks.
