I had a great therapist but never got a call back regarding billing. My therapist emailed the billing department three times, I called and left voicemails repeatedly, and eventually I ended up having to stop seeing her because I kept having $150 dollars taken out from my bank account anywhere from a couple of days to a over a week after my sessions. I started seeing Julio for neurofeedback about a year and a half ago, and about a year ago I began doing talk sessions with him as well. What stands out most to me is how safe and seen I feel in sessions. I don’t have to contort myself to be understood the way I do with a lot of other people. I have been going to Inner Peace for almost 2 years now. My son had been going for over 2 years. I see two people there, Connor and Julio. I have done versions of EMDR and ketamine therapy talk therapy and Neurofeedback. All of these plus these two gentlemen have help change my life! I was depressive, anxious and at times suicidal. Very disappointed in the office management. I was originally told visits would be one price and then after 6 sessions it more than doubled.
