So I called em to book for my cat, and I arrived 15 or 20 min before my appointment and called them to ask for the enterence , took them more than 10 minutes to answer my call telling me that am at the wrong address. I don't understand why they did not mention the address when I booked if it's different so that I know! When I told them that am 7 minutes away, she said, " it's better to make tmw cuz you'll be in a rush, and the vet has another appointment 30 minutes later.
