I have been waiting for a script from an appointment 4 days ago. I have called twice with the promise of it being filled by end of day. The lack of follow up is appalling. They were quite happy to take my money and have the appointment. Which was only made to get said scripts because they refused the online script request. I understand that sometimes unforeseen events might happen that delay doctors from sending scripts but the complete lack of communication from the clinic and the continued delay is unacceptable.
