Went in with a torn ligament and the receptionist was rude and dismissive - basically told me if I was after opiates they don’t prescribe them and they - or an ER department wouldn’t do an MRI which are reserved for urgent cases. So humiliated and put off I left without treatment - all I actually wanted was someone to bandage my ankle but wasn’t actually even given the opportunity to articulate my issue.
Kind doctor. Helpful staff. One of the best clinics I've been to.
We needed to come by with our baby girl. The ladies at the reception were super friendly and the doctor very competent and helpful.
