Ok, second experience here 6months apart so this is now time for a review. I know cleaning houses/apartments is not a great job but if you are going to charge $125 for 2hrs you want it done well. And it was not. Both times. There is cleaning up to a standard that the house owner 'believes' to be true and then there is just cleaning and I would be happy with the second one but we no where near got our money's worth. Angelica did an amazing job! Honestly it felt like such a relief having her come by. She was very efficient with her cleaning and she had great attention to detail. The apartment was sparkling clean when she finished. I would recommend her 100%! The company was also amazing to work with, I put through a request on Monday and within 24 hours they had organised a cleaner for me :)
Yury is an excellent cleaner, great communcation, on time and efficient, great service. Would highly recommend her and Inner Melbourne Maids to others.
