Really supportive, professional care.
Seeing my Psych at the clinic has been my first experience seeing a psychologist and it’s been so positive. She has really supported me through processing grief, understanding relationship dynamics and so much more. The clinic is also gorgeous. I feel like I was matched really well too with my psych. She’s just really relaxed and has a good sense of humour which I appreciate a lot.
Rescheduling text is very misleading, it states ‘If you need to change your appt, you have 24 hrs to contact us to avoid being charged the full fee for your appt’, when I contacted them to reschedule my appointment more than 24hours prior they told me I had to pay the full fee. Upon hearing this I told the receptionist to please change the text as it is misleading, she was very dismissive and rude in tone to this request, I would think a clinic specializing in psychology would have better admin staff who are mindful and rece... read more
