It was my fault for not doing any research before booking this place because I wanted someone more experienced. My therapist, Melody was quite judgemental and very unyielding in her opinions which made me feel unheard. The whole experience was uncomfortable and I left the place feeling worst than before. I’m sure the other therapists might be better but Melody was not for us. I found another therapist elsewhere and I can say, it was great. I expressed that I needed some help, expressed my issues and a lot of personal information only to just get turned away.. Isn’t this a place to help people? Find someone to speak to? What a terrible approach!
