I have done many different programs and teachings out there that were all good but I would eventually revert back to all of my old ways. Just finished the Power of Focus, weekend training… my biggest take away is we have a CHOICE; how we decide to relate to any experience in our life, and it’s literally the story we tell ourselves about said experience that creates our reality… this awareness is a game changer!
