Shelby's massages are divine. She's an incredibly talented practitioner not just because of her physical skills but her intuition in reading into your body and emotions and using that to guide her work. If you're comfortable, ask Shelby to probe you with questions. She opens an amazingly healing space where I had some major breakthroughs and releases.
Shelby is a wonderful masseuse. I have visited her space for massages multiple times. She has gotten me in tune with parts of my body that I didn't even know I was not communicating with. I felt very comfortable and relaxed before, during, and after my appointments. I highly recommend Inner Mandala for your body work. I will be back again when I return to Sedona.
I work in a stressful computer world. I love my work. I get so focused that I forget to move, stretch, take breaks…Shelby eased, the damage I did. I can’t stress how fantastic I felt after a treatment. I’ll be back!
