3/30/26 Update: I was contacted by the owner who apologize thoroughly and issued a full refund for both myself and my wife. Customer service is 10/10. Since my visit on the 19th, I learned that the massuse who walked on my back no longer works at this business, so no concern there. Be careful! I came away with a serious strain and pinched nerve in my shoulder blade after my massuse (Amy) decided to climb up on the table and walk up and down my back (i did not request anything of the sort). I thought I was in for a gentle relaxing massage, boy was I wrong. The pain and tightness has spread to my entire upper left back, neck, and I can even feel it pulling on my chest muscles.
